- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Originally hired during the remote-centric era, my salary reflected having to go into the office one day a week, without renegotiating compensation, I was required to be in the office 3 days a week with minimal flexibility.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Rewarding and promoting high achievers based on merit, while maintaining clear performance standards for all employees. Not worring about upsetting other employees if promoting or rewarding one that worked hard and deserves it.
