What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone is friendly and cares about each other
What do you like best about the leadership team?My leadership team is always available to answer questions. They ask for my ideas and feedback and it encourages me and gives me more confidence in my work knowing they have the confidence in me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I love the varied and various benefits the HR team brings to our company. I may not use them all, but I appreciate that they are being offered.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Schedulers are relying too much on Teams as the main form of communication, and not calling or emailing for urgent/delicate matters. Also, too many schedulers are at times handling the same matter which causes confusion and can create a time delay in the service provided.
U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 based on a single, somewhat audacious goal: become the first nationwide, all-inclusive litigation support company. Over two decades later, we have over 1,000 employees, a network of nearly 5,000 independent court reporting professionals and can provide on-demand access to more than 12,000 offices in over 2,700 cities across the country. We cover more than 350,000 depositions each year and retrieve more than 400,000 records. To date, we’ve acquired over 25 companies — 15 in a 3-year period alone. In light of those accomplishments, below is what we’d say about our original goal.
U.S. Legal Support was founded in 1996 and its current CEO is Jimmie Bridwell. Since its inception 30 years ago, U.S. Legal Support has grown to 779 employees.
