Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe some of the companies here in Cebu offers a higher compensation to newbie bpo employees and it is based on what I know from my fellow bpo friends. The benefits are good but I somehow wished the base pay would be much more higher or reached my expected value.
