What makes you most happy at work?Nothing makes me happy at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I get paid every 2 weeks.
What did you like most about the interview process? It was fast! Other companies I have worked at require rounds and rounds of interviews and the whole process can take weeks (sometimes months!). At The Change Company it was 2-3 rounds tops and was completed quickly and efficiently.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communicating expectations to employees and maintaining those expectations.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Have an idea what you want and don't change it throughout the interview process.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Should work together to make everyone succeed. There is a competition between some employees and lack of shared knowledge and camaraderie.
