- What are some of the best things about your team?Fun and engaging to work with. They like to work together and are not petty.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The 401k match is ridiculously awesome. Everyone gets 2% and then the credit union gives you double up to 4% match. You put in 4% then the credit union will put an additional 8%. So in short, if you are contributing 4% the credit union is contributing 10%. Awesome!
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are open to ideas and discussion. There is a level of transparency that is rarely seen in the corporate world.
