Constructive Feedback From Seaman Corporation Employees
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe I'm paid fairly for my job, but now that I am taking 1/2 the work from a soon to be retired associate, the pay doesn't justify that, especially if that retired associate isn't replaced and that work is then given to the new associate so I only have to do my normal job.
