What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leadership team sets realistic goals, provides clear direction about where we want the company to head, and is really transparent about overall performance. They do a good job recognizing accomplishments and effort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Large strategy direction swing happen frequently. Combined with an unrealistic expectation how fast in depth requests can be turned around with small teams can lead to burnout
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Increased headcount and faster recruiting process. There are a lot of expectations for my department and tons of ideas and vision for the strategic direction we want to tackle but with limited resources we aren't able to make improvements and tackle new initiatives as quickly as we'd like.
