Alkami Technology: Ambitious and clear goals given to teams
Alkami Technology: I love working for Alkami. I do get nervous when I hear rumblings or rumors of Alkami being acquired by a core like Fiserv or FIS. If that were to happen, I'd have to look for a new job as those work cultures do not align with the Alkami culture/vision.
Alkami Technology: They care about clients. They are "hands on" and willing to help us succeed. They are knowledgeable about the industry and I can count on them to show expertise and a sound point of view in client discussions

Almost all documentation and information are openly available, making it much easier to find answers on my own.
Alkami Technology: I am a new employee and can highly recommend the HR department interactions. My manager was focused on providing me the tools I need to get started and the set the goals for where I should be at measured intervals. No hidden agendas.

Alkami Technology: Feel there is too much politics due to incompetent people with lack of technology, SaaS & product background as well as lot of folks who grew up with Alkami which cause significant challenges in organizational tranformation
Alkami Technology: I am so grateful to be here and that I said yes to Alkami and will continue to do so because this company, culture, and people are top-notch. I came from a competitor, Fiserv, and I am so grateful I did; the only thing I wish is that I had done it sooner!

I had to do a lot of follow-ups just for it to be plotted and now, I still haven't received it on my payroll.
TaskUs: I am truly grateful at TaskUs for the opportunity in every aspect of my life. I am not kind of person who want to stick on my current role.
