What do you like best about the leadership team?A committed group of executives who want to do right by the employees and deliver results for our customers. They are accessible and nice people who always try to do the right thing.
What makes you most happy at work?My boss and my team of direct reports. They make this a wonderful place to work! I never fear work the next day or think "I don't want to work today".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Simply put: Fact, cost of living increases year over year. In the past 2 years specifically, we have experienced what is recognized as drastic increases. Fact, multiple years without pay increase but receiving added workloads. Not complaining over workload; But I need pay increase (growing family).
