- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Fix the pay. 40-60% under market is crazy. The profit sharing is laughable, almost insulting, not even close to a miniscule bonus at a medium sized company. Reward employees for staying and putting in the work. Seeing new hires make 20% more after you put in years of experience is depressing.
