What do you like best about the leadership team?They have built a great team, a best-in-class reputation in the HubSpot ecosystem, and have a compelling vision for New Breed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Great remote culture/community, occasional onsite events, and probably the most beautiful office campus there (those lake views...). Lots of opportunity for self-starters to build, forge their own path, and make an impact. Top-performers are acknowledged, celebrated, and given a lot of independence.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Pay and incentive plans are tied to goals, those goals are made clear, and you have a lot of flexibility on how you work or schedule your day to hit those goals. When I go above and beyond, it's nice to feel that in my paycheck.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Workload is heavy, expectations are high, pressure is high, priorities are misaligned and resources are thin. We need to bring in more people but also set realistic expectations with clients and ourselves on what we can realistically accomplish while considering how we increase our growth rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've had offers from other opportunities with a much higher rate and/or better benefits.
