What needs to change to make the company culture better?Not making us go back into office, providing us with working systems so we can efficiently do our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel we do not have enough vacation time. The work hours are very inflexible and we have to use our time off for Dr appointments and caring for family. It's near impossible to plan a vacation due to this.
