What do you like best about the leadership team?I think the leadership team is transparent and honest to the best of their abilities. I dont think they sugar coat anything and respect the employee perspective.
What are some of the best things about your team?We bring passion and commitment to Mondelez every day. The tireless energy within my team is quite remarkable!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe at the top they are getting better compensation and bonuses when our teams are meeting the quotas to achieve the overall goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?It's nothing they can do per say. It just goes with the territory of working remotely.
