What did you like most about the interview process? My takeaway from the interview process was that they aren't necessarily expecting you to know a ton of product knowledge or brand history. They'e more so looking to get to know your personality and see if you'd fit in with the brand culture.
What makes you most happy at work? Its rewarding to see how many customer's lives you brighten simply by giving the best recommendations. It's always surprising when customers who maybe have never heard of the brand or who had no intention of buying anything, become staunch fans of the brand and avid shoppers!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Ministry of Supply is unique for its family dynamic brand culture. Working here, you don't feel like a cog in the wheel. Your opinion is heard and valued. Your efforts are recognized and commended. It's nice to work for a company that makes you feel appreciated. This in itself is a huge motivator!
