- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?PAY. Microsoft is known for paying low and having low refreshers and promotional increases. Even if they never get up to industry standards, they should at least strive to get halfway there. They have the capital to do so. Definitely needs to be more than what it is.
