What do you like best about the leadership team? They seem eager to help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Good health insurance and better maternity leave
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My manager putting a person ahead of me (didn't do it last year) as far as seniority. She worked part-time then per diem for several years. I do my job well and have been here almost 10 years. I am considering resigning.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More respect for what I do in my job. Another person was put ahead of me in seniority that I do not agree with. I'm extremely upset about it.
