    My manager putting a person ahead of me (didn't do it last year) as far as seniority. She worked part-time then per diem for several years. I do my job well and have been here almost 10 years. I am considering resigning.

    More respect for what I do in my job. Another person was put ahead of me in seniority that I do not agree with. I'm extremely upset about it.
