Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My am unvalued as a human being and a employee. We are treated as though we are under qualified and couldn't possibly get another job. Hr sides with other managers and will not hear employees out. The treatment is dispicable. Everytime I try to voice my opinion and concerns I am cut off, out down
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Everything, our opinions and concerns go unheard. We are viewed as sub par and treated as replaceable. No respect is giving to employees that don't directly kiss the boots of management. Opinions are ignored. We are treated unfairly. Management lies consistently.
