What makes you most happy at work?Working outside our corporations boundaries! There are so many of us that do not support our corporation's public persona.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The field personnel have good benefits and are paid well enough to get by which is good in today's world. Those of us in management are paid at much higher level creating a class of living gap that burdens communication between the groups.
What did you like most about the interview process?it was really nice to be in touch with my OP manager
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?More coworkers could make an effort to pull their weight. So many create confusion by always suggesting constant change here that the last suggestions never make it to fruition. Management seems lost at times with so many different departments creating their own company's within corp. Massive egos
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Make it easier for employees access your benefit.
