What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Being able to work remotely and interact with team members from different geographical locations. Being able to discuss different cultures and traditions. The fact that my position is all about making connections.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Available to ask questions and have open discussions.
What makes you most happy at work?Finding candidates who are passionate about the services they provide and the lives they impact. Knowing that my job makes an impact in our job sites and with clients that I may never meet or interact with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? There is a big gap in compensation between my equals and myself. There is also a big gap in the company's compensation and the going rate for my position.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think as an experience employee the base salary shoul be increased. $50k for a salary foe a 20 year veteran is insulting when newboes are brought on with a much higher base. I realize it is a brodge. We have a new recruter ti locims with a Senior" tag people who have been year 20 years cant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel undervalued. I just feel that my compensation is not aligned with the market.
