- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone knows that inflation is out of control. I wouldn't be able to sustain a roof over head and food without combining with my partner and even then it feels like a struggle.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The company seems to be taking advantage of the fact that the cost of labor has not increased at the same rate of inflation. Because of the influx of available labor on the market, the cost of labor hasn't increased at the same rate of inflation.Compensation increases were lower than inflation rise
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation keeping up with inflation would make a huge difference. Being told that you're exceeding expectations but getting a small raise that is less than inflation and nearly identical to the raises as peers on the team not exceeding expectations do not make me feel highly valued.
